As first time homeowners, we were worried about the home building process being extremely stressful. Korndoerfer staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to respond to calls/emails. They made the process go much more smoothly than anticipated. Their recommendations were more in line with long term value and keeping us in a comfortable budget and not about pressuring costly upgrades purely for appearance. They helped us find reasonably priced options for special requests and easy floor plan/design tweaks to fit with our preferences and life style. Their design staff was incredibly helpful when we were overwhelmed with exterior and interior design selections. Overall, all their staff was very responsive and patient with us.
