Korndoerfer Homes is a semi-custom home builder. We offer more than 20 floor plans to choose from that can be personalized with thousands of pre-priced options. To start designing your dream home, see our interactive floor plans.
Korndoerfer Homes is a single-family homebuilder. We do not currently build duplexes, multi-family homes, additions, or engage in remodeling projects. We do not offer rent to own programs.

Your New Home Consultant will schedule two appointments for you to meet with your Design Studio Consultant in person. Prior to your appointments, you will have the opportunity to log onto our Online Design Studio to preview the products virtually from the comfort of your home and create a Wishlist.
We continue to set ourselves apart by offering expert guidance through our well-defined process, in order to complete your home on time, on budget, and to the correct specifications. Every home is unique, but in general, our homes finish in 6 to 7 months. Additional time of 1 month is needed if the home has a finished lower level. The pre-construction process typically takes 3 to 4 months, which entails finalizing your home plans, making selections, obtaining financing, and the permitting process.
Korndoerfer Homes was born out of three generations of home builders with the first generation starting in 1926. Korndoerfer Homes as we know it today began in 1991 and has been in business 30+ years. In 2021, Korndoerfer Homes became 100% employee owned.
