The Village of Grafton is in the heart of Ozaukee County on the North Shore of Milwaukee. Grafton offers small-town charm, award-winning schools and plenty of open spaces to enjoy. Swim at the Grafton Area Aquatic Center or Bike the Interurban Trail. Kayak, canoe, fish or skate on the Milwaukee River which flows south through the center of the Village. Grafton is also home to Edgewater Golf Course, a 9-hole USGA regulation course, and Fire Ridge Course which qualified for the PGA Tour Greater Milwaukee Open.
Grafton was once home to Paramount Records which produced blues and jazz records between 1918 and 1935. Paramount Plaza in Downtown Grafton, named for Paramount Records, houses a Walk of Fame sidewalk resembling a piano keyboard.
Grafton is situated close to I-43 giving residents an easy commute to Milwaukee, Green Bay or Chicago. Downtown Milwaukee is a 29-minute drive and General Mitchell International Airport is 39 minutes away.
