Available Positions
Leading Milwaukee Area Home Builder, Korndoerfer Homes, has an opportunity available in customer service role for our sales team. The part-time host/hostess is a weekend position at our model and/or ready homes during open house hours. We are currently looking for someone to staff our model/ready homes in the Menomonee Falls, Germantown, Pewaukee, and Lannon/Lisbon areas.
The main areas of responsibility will be interacting with guests to provide marketing information about the homes/community and obtaining
their contact information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting guests who are visiting the community model or ready home (professional dress and appearance are extremely important).
- Provides prompt, friendly and professional marketing information about the homes and community.
- Ability to interact with guests and conduct the discovery process.
- Cultivate guest relationships in order to get completed sign-in forms.
- Ability to conduct an effective guest follow-up plan(as directed).
Administrative:
- Ability to be thorough, accurate and prompt with guest information and entry into contact management system.
- Generates daily guest reports for the sales team.
- Makes sure the community model and ready homes are presentable during open house hours.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Structure & Compensation:
- This position is a part-time position with a pay of $16 per hour and will report to the Sales staff and Director of Sales.
- The working hours will generally be 11am-3pm Saturdays and Sundays at our homes.
Education & Industry Experience:
- Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Industry experience in hospitality, retail sales, and/or banking/financial is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge about real estate and/or new home construction is helpful but not required.
- Very familiar and comfortable operating all windows based programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable with customer follow up software programs and systems.
- High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.
