If you plan to finance your new construction home, the first step is to meet with one of our preferred lenders early to determine your budget. We’ve established relationships with knowledgeable lenders who specialize in new construction to ensure you have the best experience possible. Knowing your level of investment helps give you the comfort and confidence to begin bringing your vision for a new home to life.

When you’re ready to begin, contact the Online Sales Consultant to set an appointment for you to meet with one of our New Home Consultants, who will guide you step by step through the home-building journey. Your dedicated New Home Consultant will ensure that your needs, preferences, and vision are fully understood and reflected in your home plans.

Your New Home Consultant will assist you in selecting a community, floor plan, and layout options that align with your preferences. They can also accompany you on tours of neighborhoods and model homes to help you better visualize your future home. Once you have determined your homesite and floor plan, the New Home Consultant will provide detailed pricing and discuss additional investment options.

At this stage, it’s important to review the included features to get familiar with what’s standard in your new home.

This is an exciting milestone in your journey toward owning a new home! By signing the purchase agreement, you’ve made most of the key decisions and are ready to bring your dream home to life. During this stage, you'll go through the contract package details with your New Home Consultant, and then get started with the Pre-Construction process.

Dig day has arrived and construction begins. Our Field Superintendent will provide you with periodic updates and photos as your new home progresses from the early stages of construction up to the move-in day. Your Field Superintendent will walk you through your new home to acquaint and inform you of all systems and their functionality. If there are any areas that need final touch-ups, they will be noted and addressed prior to move-in day.

It’s time to do a final walkthrough, get the keys to your new home, and move in! For added peace of mind, our homes include a 1-year complete workmanship and material warranty with dedicated staff to assist you.
