The scenic Fox River meanders through Wanaki Golf Course, creating water hazards on 7 holes. Silver Spring Golf & Banquet Center offers two golf courses – the Island and the Falls. The Island features the only natural island green in the state and the Falls is a shorter course for golfers of all skill levels. The Naga-Waukee War Memorial Golf Course is a championship course with rugged terrain and breathtaking views of Pewaukee Lake. Pewaukee is also home to the well-known Pewaukee Lake. Pewaukee Lake offers the only free public beach in Waukesha County and hosts many fun events during the summer. Waterfront Wednesdays is a free summer concert series near the beach house. On Thursdays, the Pewaukee Lake Waterski Club performs wholesome family entertainment. Pewaukee Lake also hosts the annual Kiwanis Beach Party and the Taste of Lake Country. Both are two-day events with water activities, live music, food, and fun for the entire family. Located in the heart of Waukesha County just off I-94, Pewaukee offers endless beauty from lakes to trails. Pewaukee is a great place to call home.
