Introducing Our New Exterior Color Tool

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our website, our exterior color tool. With this new tool you can personalize the exterior of your new Korndoerfer home in real time from anywhere.  Our cloud based exterior color design tool allows you to design your exterior from the comfort of your home on your mobile device or desktop computer. To begin, you will select one of our featured ranches or two-story plans. The Waterford Craftsman is a 2,171 SF ranch, and our Glenwood Craftsman is a 2,573 SF two-story home. We have several different professionally designed color palettes to choose from depending on if you are looking for fibercement, vinyl, or defense vinyl siding. From greys to beiges, and an assortment of stones and bricks, our palettes have it all! The exterior color tool also gives you the ability to change certain things such as the siding or the garage door color of our pre-programmed professionally designed palettes, or you can completely create your own.  Mix and match door, siding, shake, trim, garage, masonry, shingle, corner board, fascia, and window colors to personalize your home however you like. When you finish creating your dream Korndoerfer exterior, our exterior color design tool allows you to save your favorites and compare them side-by-side along with making it easy to share your vision with friends and family. You can then print your exterior selections and bring them to show our design studio coordinator during your exterior selections meeting.
