Personalizing your Korndoerfer Home has never been easier! Korndoerfer Homes is proud to introduce our new interactive floor plans which allow you to visualize some of our most popular pre-planned options on all 21 of our floor plans. 

Our new interactive floor plans help you plan your new home by allowing you to click through options to see your new home take shape from the comfort of your home or on the go with your phone. Choose options for your front elevation, first floor, second floor, garage, and basement. Built-in buttons make it easy to flip the plan to see the garage on the right or left, zoom in and out, go back a step, and easily start over by resetting the plan. 

See how your home would look with pre-placed furniture or use the furniture tool to drag and drop furniture on your floor plan. Our interactive floor plans also allow you to note flooring and electrical/lighting options digitally. Want a fan in the great room? No problem! Drag and drop a ceiling fan in the great room on your floor plan. Additional features include the ability to write notes, turn off room labels, and draw.

Create an account to save your designs for later viewing. The share button allows you to send your designs to your New Home Consultant or family and friends via email or social media. There is also a print option for desktop users.
