The Korndoerfer Homes app powered by NoviHome delivers the ultimate new home building experience. From the research phase through the home building process and beyond, our app has everything you need all in one place. It’s like having your very own home building concierge.  

When you get started with our app, you will be able to view our model homes, ready homes, neighborhoods, photos, videos, virtual tours, online design studio, and so much more from your phone. Even better, the app gives you exclusive access to our base pricing and other homebuyer guide documents that are not available on our website. 

The app makes communicating with us easy. You can chat with our Online Sales Consultant, your New Home Consultant, and other Korndoerfer Homes staff with direct in-app messaging. 

When you choose to build with us, the app becomes the hub for communication throughout the home building process. The app is personalized to you and your home. You will receive progress updates about your home including real time photos and videos through the app that are stored for you to view anytime. These photos and videos can be shared directly from your gallery to family and friends, or downloaded to your personal device. Communication with your home building team is simplified and streamlined through a group chat. You’ll be able to contact our staff to ask questions, set up appointments, and view warranty information.

1. Download the app by using the camera on your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code. A link will pop up on the photo. Click the link to register, download, and install the app. The app is compatible with both Android and iOS. 
   
2. Explore our homes, neighborhoods, floor plans, photos, videos, virtual tours, base pricing, the building process, and more.
3. Connect with your New Home Consultant directly through in-app messaging.
4. Once you choose to build with us, your contract documents are stored within the app.
5. Korndoerfer Homes staff will be added to your home building team within the app allowing you to get answers to your questions quickly through the group chat.
6. Receive personalized real-time updates, photos and videos of the progress on your home.
7. After you move in, you can access warranty documents within the app.
8. The documents, photos and videos from your home building journey will be stored in the app for easy access for years to come.
