New Online Design Studio

Korndoerfer Homes is excited to announce the launch of our new Online Design Studio. The Online Design Studio is a virtual platform that allows home buyers to personalize their dream home on their own schedule, as it is available 24/7 every day of the year. Our Online Design Studio features the same industry-leading products and finishes that are available in our physical Design Studio in Brookfield, WI. 

After home buyers have selected their floor plan, they are given access to the Online Design Studio to begin personalizing their new home. This resource allows home buyers to prepare for their Design Studio appointments in the physical studio and gives them the opportunity to get feedback from family and friends. Similar to the way people shop online, home buyers create a personal account, preview products and finishes, and add them to a Wishlist. When they have completed their Wishlist, it can be submitted to the Design Studio Consultant and brought to their private onsite selections appointments. Home buyers are not obligated to choose the items on their Wishlist. The Wishlist provides a head start to personalizing their new home. During their onsite Design Studio appointments, the Design Studio Consultant will review the Wishlist with the home buyers, discuss pricing, and show physical samples as available.
